I agree and believe that the thing that keeps people from being focused, organized and motivated when starting a new venture, is a low self esteem. It is a mindset that puts them in a form of "victim" mode and steers their efforts in too many directions or worse yet, the wrong direction. The self-sabotage-syndrome is often the result and they quit before they arrive. Develop a strong self-esteem and your results and successes will start to multiply many-fold. Define your goal, develop an "I Can " attitude, educate yourself, get organized, surround yourself with success oriented people, find a mentor and take action.
