Happiness And Expectations, What Enthusiasm Are You Bringing To Your Day?

If you are struggling with your happiness and expectations, here is a question to ask yourself: what level of enthusiasm are you bringing to your day, today?

Our 7 year old was up bright and early this morning and he was having a grand time singing and playing. He is happy and motivated to share his happiness with the whole household. As I write this, there are just 4 days left until Christmas and our kids are now on their 2 week school break. So my work at home routine has been disrupted by sounds of song and play.

happiness comes from your enthusiasm and expectation about what you wantThis past weekend, my son had the chance to meet Santa Claus on the weekend and insisted that not only is he a good boy, but he’s absolutely deserving of the best Christmas ever. He was in full joy and full “receiving” mode.

It’s quite distracting at times and when I am attempting to “work” it can even become quite annoying.

He has such amazing, unbridled enthusiasm … literally about everything.

And I often find myself being annoyed with him. Do you ever do that? Do you ever let someone else’s enthusiasm annoy you?

Yet, today I can’t help but smile because I realize he’s providing the contrast I need to see so that I can remain clear about what it is I really want.

Rather than stress about the bills and how I’ll find the time to get all of the things I need to get done today, I can instead choose model my son’s behaviour. I can choose to bring enthusiasm to everything I do today and trust the results I am after will be the natural outcome of my enthusiastic action.

I can follow the lead of my son and approach my day with full enthusiasm and with the attitude that I deserve to have good things happen and the expectation that they will. And why wouldn’t they?

Afterall, when you bring enthusiasm to the task at hand, that enthusiasm feeds itself, which in turn helps you to feel better about what you are doing. At the same time, it also helps you to actually do what you are doing better.

So today, ask yourself what enthusiasm are you bringing to your day? Play with this idea and watch what differences you notice in how you feel and how you perform as a result.

If you’d like additional help tapping into that feeling of happiness, then this program will help you: 7 Steps to Happiness

Finding Peace, How To Find Inner Peace In The Middle of Chaos

Finding peace in the middle of chaos can be extremely difficult, yet is is absolutely essential to your well being.

How to find inner peaceLife can get pretty chaotic. No matter how much you accomplish, it always seems like there’s something else you should be doing or something more you should achieve. In these moments, you have to take a step back to find your inner peace.

If you don’t find peace within the chaos, you’ll soon be leading a stressful and unfulfilling life. While you may want to achieve as much as you can, you surely don’t want to lose yourself or your sanity in the process.

Tips For Finding Inner Peace

Follow these tips to reduce the stress in your life so you can find some peace:

  1. Trim your schedule. If you find that you’re taking on too much, it’s time to go over your schedule and drop what needs to go. It’s hard to admit that you don’t have superpowers sometimes, so you must concentrate on giving yourself a manageable schedule.
  2. Get organized. When your life feels chaotic, it’s probably disorganized. You’ll feel out of whack and as if you don’t even know which end is up. You can combat this feeling by staying organized, keeping lists, and valuing your time. You can still take on a lot, but only if you’ve got an organized plan in place.
  3. Plan an escape. Whether you need to get away from an ongoing busy life, or one chaotic situation, you have to give yourself an escape from time to time.
  4. Plan a mini vacation or give yourself an evening if you’re short of time. The point is that you need to make some time for yourself. Read a book or play a video game, but do something that allows you to unwind.

  5. Pace yourself. One way to manage chaos in a healthy way is to properly pace yourself. You need to preserve your energy so you can make it through the day. Doing so allows you to keep a clear head and rejuvenate your mind.
  6. Practice a peaceful activity. One easy way to maintain some peace is to take up a peaceful and relaxing activity. Consider going to a yoga class or trying meditation. These acts are not only relaxing, but they also allow you to adapt your thinking so you can regularly achieve a peaceful mindset.
  7. Accept your situation. A chaotic life can be overwhelming or even depressing at times. Instead of promising yourself a better life in the future once the chaos is gone, you can give yourself one right now. Accept that your life is in a chaotic state, but take the big step toward finding peace.

Find What Works For You

Most importantly, focus on slowing down, simplifying your life, and allowing yourself the chance to fix the imbalance you might be experiencing.

Even a small effort can help you in a big way. If you’re taking the time to find peace, you can also create your personal definition of that peace. That might be finding a person who can help you unload your problems, or perhaps you might enjoy journaling or reading inspirational books.

Whatever is peaceful for you, do it on a regular basis – for you and for those you love.

Happiness, A Life of Happiness With A Simple Change In How You Look At Things

Happiness. A life of happiness really does boil down to a few simple concepts.

Your life of happiness is simply a matter of how you look at things. No doubt you have heard the phrase “change the way you look at things and the things you look at change”. This is such a powerful phrase because it points out that the one thing you always have control of is your thoughts — which means you can literally choose to feel happy, or not. How often do you exercise your power of thought to change your perspective and vibration when it comes to things going on around you?

Allow me to share with you a wonderful little happiness story that serves as a great example to illustrate this point.

Some time ago, our family went on a three week trip from Canada to New Zealand and Australia. It was a marvelous trip that provided the perfect example of the advantages we are blessed with by operating our own home based business — we are able to take our business with us and still enjoy the trip of a lifetime.

During the trip, we spent a week in Auckland, New Zealand, a week in Sydney, and a week in Cairns. The initial leg of the trip from provides the back drop for this story. Our travel time to Auckland spanned 39 hours from the time we left our house to the time we arrived at here at our hotel. We had stops in Vancouver, Honolulu, and Sydney on our way. It’s the flight — or more specifically the landing — in Sydney that I want to tell you about.

The leg from Honolulu to Sydney was about 10 and a half hours so it was a long flight. For the majority of passengers who started the trip from Vancouver, the flight was delayed by an hour in Vancouver and another hour or better in Honolulu (that delay was endured while we were on the plane and had to turn back to the gate to secure a trolley that came loose while we were taxiing for take-off).

Then, to top things off, about an hour or so after we left Honolulu there was an electrical problem with the video system, which led to some noisy crackling sounds and the smell of burning plastic filling the cabin from the overhead projector right above me.

As you can imagine, the idea of risking a cabin fire while at 34,000 feet above the Pacific Ocean did not appeal to anybody and the crew shut the video system down. So the flight now felt longer since there was no video entertainment to help pass the remaining 9 hours of the flight.

So it wasn’t necessarily the most ideal trip by the time we approached Sydney. But the best part was yet to come.

There was some “weather” in Sydney with rain and high winds. The last 20 minutes or so of our descent was very turbulent. As we approached the airport, our plane was lurching back and forth, side to side, and up and down. And it kept getting worse the closer we got to the ground.

The last few hundred feet put most amusement park rides to shame. It was breath taking, not necessarily in a good way for most of us on board. And the landing was very hard since we touched down on only the right hand side set of wheels first. For a moment the plane swerved sharply and you could literally cut the tension in the cabin with a knife.

Except for my then 4 year old son, Joshua.

For the last minute or so of the landing, his was the only voice in the cabin and he was providing a non-stop running commentary of the events. “Wow! This is awesome! Yee haa! All right! What a ride! Whoa! Yeahh! Race cars — Wow! Can we do that AGAIN! That was FUN!”

7 Steps to Happiness 7 Steps to HappinessDiscover The Secret To HappinessLive A Happier Life Starting Today

As the plane shimmied back and forth leading many of us to wonder if it was going to catapult off the runway or flip over, my son was jubilant. After the the plane braked — screeched is more like it — very hard and finally came under control on the runway, he let out an exuberant cheer celebrating the exhilaration of the ride. “That was the best ride EVER! Can we do that AGAIN?!?”

A few seconds later, the rest of the passengers began a controlled, polite applause celebrating the fact we had landed safely. The crew chief announced to us over the intercom “Well, wasn’t that the perfect ending to a perfect trip! Welcome to Sydney.”

So here we were, all on the same plane ride, with the same circumstances and the same result. For most of the passengers on the plane, it was a plane ride from Hell. But for my 4 year old son, it was the “best plane ride ever”.

What a tremendous lesson. In the space of a few moments I suddenly found myself looking at the flight quite differently. Without the video distractions, I was able to get in some quality reading time, got some decent sleep to ward off jet lag, was well fed, landed safely, and experienced a hell of a ride with an amazing landing. What could be more perfect?

Follow Your Dreams, Why You Should Never Wait Until Later

Following your dreams is fundamental to your sense of purpose and the level of self fulfillment you feel in your life. You may feel that you have all the time in the world to accomplish your dreams.

follow your dreamsYet there are reminders every day that your time on Earth is short. The reality is there’s no way to predict how much time you’ve got left, which is exactly why there’s no time like the present to make your dreams come true! Following are some simple, key steps you can begin taking right now to start steadily moving towards your dreams and living the purposeful, fullfilling life you were meant to.

Concentrate On The Positive

It’s vital to start with positive thoughts. When you think positively about yourself and your dreams, you’ll begin to believe that you can achieve anything. These initial positive emotions can lead to a dedicated drive and enthusiasm that’ll help build lasting momentum.

Remember that nearly everyone feels overwhelmed when you’re about to embark on a long journey. That’s exactly why it’s so easy to fall into negative patterns of thinking, but you must fight these thoughts. It can be hard to imagine that so much can be achieved simply by having positive thoughts, but it’s true!

The truth is, when you think about something as scary as “I could die tomorrow,” it’s hard not to be drawn into a panic. But instead of worrying about how much time you and your loved ones have left, concentrate on making the present moment as productive as it can be towards your true calling.

Careful Planning

Once you’ve decided to take action, and you’ve battled your negative thoughts, it’s time to make some feasible plans to get you where you want to be.

Keep these tips in mind as you go through your planning phase:

  1. Set realistic goals. If your goal is going to take years, give yourself years. You can’t expect everything to happen overnight.
  2. Be specific. Include all the details in your plans. If you stumble along the way, you’ll be comforted in knowing that you have your detailed plans to help you stay the course.
  3. Reward yourself. When you’ve made progress towards your goal, give yourself a reward. Even if your ultimate goal is far off, it’s fun and motivating to enjoy rewards as you complete steps toward your goal.

Action In Small Steps

One of the biggest tips when it comes to following your dream is to break down your actions into small, manageable steps.

For example, your goal could be to become an airline pilot or you might want to start your own business. Both of these goals are hefty and have the potential to take years of work and training. When you first think about these goals, it’s easy to be scared of how daunting they seem. Instead of resorting to fear, try breaking down these goals into dozens or even hundreds of small steps. Chances are that each small step is not nearly as overwhelming as the big picture.

At the same time, always keep the big picture in mind. When you visualize yourself reaching your end goal, it can be an image that gives you the drive to keep going during tough times.

Inspiring Others

Once you’ve achieved your goal, consider inspiring others to reach their goals, too. Perhaps you have some friends or family members who say things like, “I’ve always wanted to do that,” but they remain working at their dead end job.

Help them take action!

You’ll know from experience that, while it may be a risk, the reward is more than worth it.

Yes, following your dreams is even a reward in itself! It’s fulfilling. It brings you joy in the present and hope for the future. So carpe diem – seize the day!

Six Life Success Tips: How To Get From Where You Are To Where You Want To Be

If you are struggling to live the life you want or just feel stuck and unable to move forward your life, then keep reading because you are about to discover six simple tips that will help you to get from where you are to where you want to be.

Dr. Joe Vitale, motivational speaker and author, often says: “the fastest way to get where you want is to be happy with where you are.”

Believe it or not, this mindset works! It may take some changes and soul searching on your part, but in the end, it’ll be more than worth it to adopt this positive mentality.

While you should strive to make your dreams come true, concentrate, also, on yourself and your journey. When you spend less time wishing things were different and more time accepting what you’ve got, you’ve already found a sense of peace and happiness right there.

Here are some tips that can help you become who you want to be right now:

  1. Feel gratitude.

When you concentrate on the big picture, it’s easier to exhibit feelings of gratitude. When you’re grateful, you remain positive and appreciative of every joyful moment in life.

Sometimes people get too caught up in a sense of entitlement, which leads to negative feelings. Concentrating on gratitude, instead, will get you where you desire.

  2. Be optimistic.
  3. Some say that life is all about optimism. And it’s true! An optimistic attitude is one of the few things you need to succeed.

    • If you’re trying to achieve a concrete goal, optimism will help you accomplish it.
    • If you’re trying to change your mindset, optimism will make the task easier.
    • Optimism can be the driving force that keeps you going.

  4. Exhibit the traits you desire.

It was Gandhi who said that you should be the change you want to see in the world. With these wise words in mind, you can replace wanting with some bold action. With some persistence and perseverance, you can make it happen.

  5. Adopt a prosperous mindset.
  6. Take a moment to determine what prosperity means to you. Are you hoping for money, a fulfilling career, or a relationship that lasts a lifetime? Know what you want, then adopt the right mindset. Once you do, you’ve then set yourself in the right direction toward your goals.

  7. Find the silver lining.
  8. As you go through life, you will no doubt realize that things are not always going to go your way. But even in tough times you need to keep your chin up. Instead of allowing negativity to consume your life, seek out the silver lining. This fresh attitude can be the difference between being held hostage and achieving your goals.

  9. Take small steps.
  10. When the place you’re going seems far away and unachievable, it’s important to break it down into small steps. Give yourself an achievable goal with a realistic time frame. Break that one down into smaller goals.

When you avoid getting overwhelmed, you’ll gain the confidence to persevere.

You’re Already There

It’s a good idea to practice one of these tips at a time until you’ve incorporated them into your life. Perhaps you can spend a week perfecting one strategy and, then the next week, add another one to your repertoire while continuing with the first one. Soon enough, you’ll be a natural at all of them!

Once you choose a powerful and positive mindset, you’ll find that you’ve already achieved much of what you want. Just remember: You already have the traits, mindset, and lifestyle you desire, and you know that success is inevitable, but only when you have the will to break through the obstacles in your mind!

Life Success Stories And Tips: How To Navigate Your Life Journey

Life success stories are among the most powerful ways to convey essential success tips you can apply to your own life journey.

No doubt you’ve heard the phrase “your life is a journey” before. If you’re like most people, you are quite easily willing to accept the statement as true. However, if you’re like most people, you also haven’t really considered the degree to which it’s not only true, but to which it means you really need to actively start navigating your life to get the most out of it. And for that, you require a compass.

Life success stories from Steve DonahueSteve Donahue is a best selling author and speaker who teaches life success principles using the metaphor of crossing the Sahara Desert. I had the opportunity to see him speak recently and his simple metaphor, around the inherent need we all have to follow our compass was very powerful and really struck a chord.

According to Steve, your life is like a journey across the Sahara Desert. It is a constantly shifting terrain with no visible horizon changes to provide a sense of direction or tell you where you are relative to the rest of the desert. In the desert, a map is useless to you. The terrain is uncharted and so you must navigate by following your compass. You don’t know how long your journey will take; you only know that by following your compass you are heading in the correct general direction.

The analogy is the same in life. For example, if you are a parent, when does that job end? What map do you use to guide you? The reality is that you don’t — instead you rely on your intuition and your experience. In short you follow you internal compass.

Your challenge in life is to keep moving in the “right” direction while the conditions around you are constantly changing and in an environment where there is ever increasing uncertaintly. Steve believes that you need to learn to let go of all of the external maps you’ve been conditioned to follow in terms of how to live your life and learn to follow your compass instead.

When you learn how to listen to and follow your compass, you begin fulfilling your destiny. By following your compass without worrying about a specific goal, you allow your compass to shape your goals. When you do, your sense of self fulfillment and happiness will improve.

“The feast is found not by the fire, but away from it.”

So how do you find your own internal compass? Well firstly, you have always had one. It’s that internal voice that pops up in your head from time to time to guide you. Most of us have simply been conditioned to tune that voice out.

Take on the exercise of writing out your internal compass. Set aside 20 minutes in a quiet place. Begin to write down thoughts about what your real compass is. Think about what makes you happy and what you really value. Don’t censor yourself and just allow the words to flow. After doing this for a few minutes, review what you’ve written and tune into what feels in alignment for you.

By going through this exercise, you will likely be able to get a pretty good read on what your compass is likely to be. Don’t be afraid to tinker with it until it feels right. And recognize that it can change over time. Make a point of revisiting your compass statement once a month.

As a clue to help you to tune into your own internal compass, Steve says it is almost always simple. For example, he shared that his compass is simply “be different”.

A good internal compass statement will have the following characteristics:

  • Your compass is typically only 2 or 3 words
  • There should be no implied destination or result
  • It should convey an attitude or a style
  • Your compass serves to direct or inspire you
  • Your compass is natural to you and has always been there

Some examples of internal compass statements: “Be different”; “Have fun first”; “Keep it real”; “Follow my heart”; “Be present”.

Finally Steve talks about 6 rules of the desert that are vital to your survival and which you can apply to your life. The one that stood out the most for me was “stop at every Oasis“.

In the desert, the more you stop the further you go. It’s at the oasis that you get to find others on the same journey as you — so you can learn from them. It’s also a place where you get to rejuvenate yourself, refuel, re-energize and reconnect.

It is important to have oases in your life and it is important to build walls around them (just as they do in the desert). That way they are protected and remain comforting and refueling.

Steve points out that when you are stressed, it is very difficult to tune into your compass and you are more prone to revert to one of your preconditioned maps. Of course, all that will do is keep you lost in uncharted terrain. So at times of stress, it is very important to find sanctuary in the nearest oasis. It is an essential life success tip that will allow you to successfully navigate your life journey.

Simple Low Cost Ways To Create More Joy In Your Life

There are many ways to create joy in your life

If you believe what you hear in the news these days, it’s easy to find yourself feeling depressed and afraid. Things feel grim which lowers the vibration of you and everyone around you.

It’s easy to get caught up with worries during difficult times. You may even think that finding joy involves a great deal of work or money. This isn’t true at all – there are plenty of ways to create joy in your life right now!

Here are 12 simple ideas to help you enjoy more happiness every day:

  1. Turn off the news, TV, and computer. While theses things can be helpful to keep you informed and entertained, it’s important to remember life without them. You’ll be amazed at how many projects you can complete without these distractions. For example, instead of mindlessly watching another rerun of Seinfeld, complete a photo album or redecorate a room.
  2. Take a class. Almost everyone has a hobby they’ve been meaning to try for a long time. It’s time to actually do it. Take the plunge and take a class. Most communities have a mail-out or website that lists their class schedule. You’ll find that they’re affordable too.
  3. Get in touch with a friend. The Internet has made it easier than ever to reconnect with people from your past. Whether you last spoke to your friend last month or decades ago, it can be a joyful activity. Reflect on your friendship and discuss the good times you’ve had.
  4. Start a garden. There are many plants and herbs that you can grow both indoors and outdoors. Experiment with different plants or grow some vegetables that you’ll enjoy later on, too. There’s nothing like the taste of homegrown vegetables.
  5. Dabble in arts and crafts. There are so many fun activities that involve arts and crafts. Just take a trip down the aisle of your local craft store to get some ideas. For low cost alternatives, go to your nearest dollar store. You’ll be amazed at your new treasures.
  6. Go for a walk or a nature hike. Take your family or go alone. Walking and hiking can be a great break in your day. You’ll be able to reflect, relax, and enjoy the fresh air.
  7. Organize a sports night. Get some of your friends together for a game every once in awhile. It’s always beneficial to get a little exercise and it will be fun to socialize, too.
  8. Start star gazing. On a peaceful, clear night, get in touch with nature in a different way: enjoy the stars. Pick up an astronomy guide and learn to identify the planets and constellations.
  9. Start journaling. One great way to reflect on your day and get to know yourself is by journaling. For additional fun, pretend you’re writing to a long lost friend or write a letter to yourself in the future.
  10. Learn to cook something new. It’s always a good idea to add exciting new meals to your repertoire. Find a recipe website or a cookbook and try something you’ve never tried before.
  11. Have a game night. Gather your family together for some fun and games. Invite friends over to add to the fun. If you’re feeling especially creative, try designing your very own board game and play that one.
  12. Be a tourist. You can become a tourist without ever leaving your hometown. It’s likely that you haven’t been everywhere in your town. Pretend you’re on vacation and try all the tourist attractions. You’ll learn something new and may even discover places you’ll enjoy visiting often.

You’ll soon find that opportunities for joy in your life are around every corner. With a little creative thinking, you can have a great time today and every day, and you don’t have to spend a lot of money to do it, either.

It’s Time To Become Your Own Number One Fan

I am my number one fan because I accept people as they are, even me.

Are you your own number one fan? If not, why not — what’s holding you back?

If you’re looking to lead a happier life, believing in yourself is an absolute necessity. If you don’t believe in yourself, how can you expect others to believe in you?

You may have gone through some rough times in your life making it difficult to be the happy person you want to be. Maybe you even suffer from a lack of self-confidence because of past conflicts and pains. No matter what you’ve been through, you can choose to overcome these obstacles.

It’s time for you to become your own Number One fan and there’s no better time to start than right now.

  1. Gain more confidence in yourself by facing your fears.
    • Fear of failure may have caused you to ignore your dreams, desires or goals. Don’t let fear stop you from getting what you want and achieving your goals. If Thomas Edison had been afraid of failure, we wouldn’t have the luxury of indoor lighting today. He never gave up trying to find the right way to make a light bulb and he experienced over 10,000 ways of how not to make a light bulb. Just because you don’t reach your goals or dreams the first time, don’t give up. Keep trying until you succeed.
    • Fear of being alone may stop you from going away to school or moving to a new city where you can pursue your dreams. Realize that you will make new friends and that you’re current friends will always be there. Now with the Internet, staying in touch with your friends and family is easier and more convenient than ever.
    • Once you begin facing your fears, you’ll discover that what you feared may not be such a big deal after all. But, you’ll never know until you start.

  2. Self-talk can also determine whether you believe in yourself or not.
    • Do you often say negative things like, “I’m an idiot,” or “That was a dumb thing to do,” or “I’m ugly?” How you perceive yourself comes out in what you say. However, what you say to yourself can also change how you see yourself.
    • Start speaking positively to yourself, about yourself. When you’re getting ready for the day, while looking in the mirror, point out positive characteristics about yourself and say them out loud. Phrases such as:
    • “I am an attractive person.”
    • “I am a good parent.”
    • “I am a hard worker.”
    • “I love myself.”
    • “I like how I look in these clothes.”
    • “I am brilliant.”

  3. Even if you don’t believe it, say it! You’ll soon realize these things really are true. You can also post positive quotes or scriptures where you would see them several times a day to keep your spirits high.
  4. Insecurity can be a source of disbelief. Learning to be more secure in certain areas of your life will help you believe in yourself more, plus others will begin to believe in you as well.
  5. There may be certain areas in your life that you feel you need to work on, so work on them.
    • Are you bad at financial management? Take a class to help you learn how to budget so you can be in control of your money, instead of your money controlling you.
    • Are you a slow reader? Take a speed-reading class or get a tutor to help you build speed.
    • Do you find it challenging to speak in public? Take a public speaking course or become an intern for an organization where you must speak in public.
    • Is your weight stopping you from believing yourself? First of all, remember that today’s society has a skewed view of beauty. Don’t allow the media to determine your worth! However, if your weight is at an unhealthy level, learn how to eat healthy and get regular exercise to take some weight off.

What Is Your Happiness Vision For Your Life?

Have you defined your happiness goals?

If you are like most people, the level of happiness you feel in your life is directly related to the degree to which you feel on purpose with your vision and with your goals. The flip side is also true: the degree to which you feel unhappy is directly related to the degree to which you fell off purpose with your vision and with your goals. This leads to a very simple, but important question …

What are your goals? Here’s another one. Where are you heading? Are the actions you are taking right now, today, taking you closer to your goals or further away?

If you are involved in any type of business – whether your own your own business or in your job – you will be very familiar with the notion of setting business goals and objectives. These form the basis of your organization’s business plan.

Athletes training for the Olympics are also very clear about their goals. All of their training is focused on developing peak performance.

Yet when it comes to their personal lives, most people don’t bother to bring the discipline of goal setting into practice.

If you are not applying the concept of goal setting into your personal life on a daily basis, the result will be clear. You are generally not going anywhere, or at the very least you are not going anywhere deliberately. Instead, you just tend to drift along — which is a sure fire recipe for prolonged unhappiness.

That may sound harsh, but it is the truth. And you know it is.

Having clear goals is fundamental to your success in life. It gives you a sense of direction and a frame of reference with which to guide your decisions and actions. Remember, until it’s written down, it’s merely an idea, but once you do write it down you have the basis of a plan.

So one of the most astute and rewarding investments you can ever make towards your happiness in life, is the investment of a little bit of time to actually sit down and define your goals for yourself. What would you like to achieve in the next 5 years, 3 years, 1 year and 6 months? What about the next 30 days?

What would you like to accomplish in your financial life, your family life, or your education? What are your interests?

This is your life we are talking about, so wouldn’t you agree that these questions are important?

If you have never taken the time to clearly define your goals, now is the perfect time to start and to begin to craft your path to the sense of fulfillment and happiness you truly deserve. Take the time to get in touch with your passions in life. Reconnect with them and then set specific goals for yourself. Your happiness depends upon it.
