Two little words at the end of the phrase — without exception — are what separates the successful from those who want to be. It’s not perist until you quit, it’s persist without exception.

The fourth decision Andy talks about is the importance of having a “decided heart”. When your heart is decided about something, you are fully committed and there is no other option in your mind. You are focused, not divided.
